Most highly qualified candidate, having the leadership skills and broad experience necessary to lead the Assessor’s Office efficiently and effectively for Los Angeles County property owners. Division Chief in the Assessor’s Office with 34 years of service with the County of Los Angeles including 30 years with the Assessor’s Office. Over 14 years of senior management experience with the Assessor’s Office. Responsible for managing approximately one-half of the property tax assessments in the County and the North County public service outreach efforts. Worked with many local and state officials and leaders of the business community. Appraised all types of properties including single family homes, residential income properties, commercial and industrial properties and high rise office buildings. Degree in Business Administration with Management Emphasis.
